Windows Portal install for you the software (Need License first). You can register your dot com domain from your favourite domain seller and route the www.domain.com on IP address indicated from Windows Portal Hosting Service.

Also you can buy any Hosting that have control panel permission setting on directory, MySQL database capability.

About the Active-x's installation you can contact me.. with all details about your hosting. I contact system administrator for ask the dll installation.
