Many customer send me email about the upgrade process. Now i write as do a correct upgrade.

1) Download on this web site Upgrade Package.
2) Download on this web site offline.zip utility.
3) Unzip offline.zip utility , there is two file.
4) Via FTP upload on principal directory of store portal the two file unzipped. Overwrite global.asa.
5) Via FTP look in mdbs directory, if .ldb file not there is you can continue. Also open your browser and look home page of you web portal. Offline message is displayed.
6) Now in mdbs directory all database are closed ! yoy not find .ldb file.
7) Extract your upgrade complete package in local directory.
8) Via FTP send all file in directory in overwrite ! Please Not select for transfer global.asa, it is the last file in transfer process...because it start portal online.
9) When all file are transfered send also global.asa.
10) Open your favourite browser and look your web portal. Now migrate structure database process start. Only during the first startup store portal migrate structure. Wait your home-page.
