I am getting the following error when trying to install StorePortal.

ERROR MESSAGE !

Store Portal Errors Occured!

Error Number= #-2147221005
Error Desc.= 006~ASP 0177~Server.CreateObject Failed~Invalid ProgID. For additional information specific to this message please visit the Microsoft Online Support site located at: http://www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp.

This error is generated from storeportal.dll file. storeportal.dll is a active-x with object required by Store Portal. This error can be displayed during upgrade from old release of Store Portal or in New installation.

DURING UPGRADE.
============
Run MANUTE.EXE. Select this option

1) STOP All IIS
2) UNREGISTER DLL

Close Manute.exe
Delete old storeportal.dll and rename new.dll in storeportal.dll

Run MANUTE.EXE Select this option

1) REGISTER DLL
2) START ALL IIS SERVICE


DURING FIRST INSTALLATION
====================
Run Storeportal.exe Select This option

1) STOP ALL IIS SERVICE
2) UNREGISTER DLL
3) REGISTER DLL
4) START ALL IIS SERVICE

In any case the problem is caused from wrong registration of storeportal.dll or not accessible REGISTER KEY or access denied on file.
