If you have this error after the first installation, the problem is in the first startup of Store Portal. Store Portal when run the first, and only on first startup, it create basic database structure; table and field of database. If the permission on mdbs directory are wrong or the microsoft data access component not working. The database is not populated and during the second request on URL it reply

Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal

Control

Open c:\inetpub\wwwstoreportal\mdbs\database.mdb with Microsoft Access. If it is empty control the permission on directory mdbs, as in installation step, or install Data Access Component 2.8 or major release. Reboot Server for nre first startup of store portal.

IMPORTANT
========
Store Portal run populate routines only one time, or if find database empty. If you have populuted database, for run first startup delete database.mdb and replace it with backup.mdb database. backup.mdb database is not use and it is empty.
