We have find a problem with great log file in release 2.59.
If your web portal have a great user's access (800 concurrent users) the mountly log database can produce great wait time during the browsing.

If you have this problem (slow website) open log database and rename the table: storeportal200409 for example when 2004 is the year and 09 is the mounth.

After the rename of the table the portal re-create the table automatically.

The problem is caused from slow query. In next release we write again the query for solve the problem.

Abbiamo riscontrato un problema sui tempi di accesso per portali con grossi numeri di utenti (800 utenti contemporanei). In pratica la tabella mensile del log si ingrossa a tal punto che una query effettuata da portale ad ogni azione, genera un tempo di risposta eccessivo. Le pagine appaiono lentamente. Chiaramente il problema si evince maggiormente a fine mese, quando la tabella mensile diventa molto grande.

Per risolvere per ora il problema, in attesa della release 2.60 che lo risolve, basta semplicemente renominare la tabella, presente nel database log chiamata ad esempio storeportal200409, dove 2004 è l'anno e 09 è il mese, in storeportal200309. Tale azione causa la generazione automatica della nuova tabella vuota e il portale torna ad essere performate.
