NOT Apply on 2.61 or Major Release !!!!

Hi All. We have realized a patch file for this Store Portal Release:

Rel. 2.43, 2.44, 2.53, 2.54, 2.55, 2.56, 2.57, 2.58, 2.59, 2.60 (This will be inclued in next release).

We have modify all routines for startup of webportal for solve or reduce STOP CRASH of IIS (Host.dll)

This problem is caused from to many access on database or EOF (End of File) wrong condition. This patch reduce problem.
