Is there an installation guide that is more detailed than what is on the site?

I am not a network person but I do know a little (very little).

I do not have access to my server to install the dll.

I am trying to install on a Windows 2000 server that is hosted by www.nexpoint.net.

Your service provider must support SorePortal installation. This means supporting ASP, XML and MDAC. If the hosting service terms does not specify that you are unable to run some ASP application on it. Obviously, if you are not server administrator, you cannot install the dll file.
