The Certified Retailers are companies in the computer or graphical advertising sector operating in the area. The training course and the exam qualifies the store portal retailer, identifying three different levels of suitability.
LEVEL 1 SENIOR INTEGRATOR
The Retailer with the most complete training. Able to support the end customer in the learning of the product, to personalize it graphically and to add to it by realizing specific applications for the needs of the customer.
LEVEL 2 WEBDESIGN
Able to support the end customer in the learning of the product and to personalize it graphically.
LEVEL 3 SUPPORT CENTER
Able to support the end customer in the learning of the product.
Any of the levels of certification qualifies the following retailers to sell and support Store Portal. It is possible to become certified attending a training course already organized by us and then becoming a certified retailer.
Media Online Italia Ltd, software producer, distributes the product through certified retailers. The company does not intend to sell the software through large distributors that are not suited to providing support. Our retailer is certified and able to provide support to its own customers. It is able to personalize the product, integrate it with systems of online payment or other accounting-management procedures. In order to identify better the degree of qualification of a certified retailer our company issues three different levels of certification. The Certified Retailer is an official distributor of the software product, both via internet and via other channels of conventional distribution, receives profits derived from support, local or at a distance, offered to its own customers and from the graphical personalizations it effects.
