Store Portal is a software Server. For this reason it does not require a particular hardware of the client type to be able to use it. Any computer connected to internet and possessing a Browser (Explorer, Netscape, Opera) can use Store Portal, both in a Windows and Mac setting.

The technical requirements on the SERVER side are:

  • Windows Operative System, Windows 2000, XP Server or Professional .NET and Windows NT
  • Microsoft IIS 4, 5,6 or major releases
  • Component for Access to Data MSDAC
  • Minimum 50 Mega of Ram memory (in addition to that required by the operative system)
  • Rights to write in the directories in which Store Portal saves the data and the uploads.

Hosting or Housing on Windows 2000 with ASP and the possibility of hosting an .mdb database or MySQL Server.

    • To see store Portal in operation you just have to download the software via FTP onto your own web space, which supports web pages .ASP, assign the rights to write in the mdbs and media directories, and the rest is guided entirely via the web. Once the installation is completed we advise you to read the information regarding security in order to prevent hackers from damaging your portal.
